Who can apply ?

Advertisement for technical entry scheme (10+2 scheme) in Indian Army releases twice a year – in the months of April and October. Only bachelor male candidates can apply.

Age :

Should be between sixteen-and-a-half year and nineteen-and-a-half-year.

Education :

Standard-12 passed (with physics, maths, chemistry subjects) with minium 70% marks.

Selection process:

Candidates selected from amongst the applications received, are being called by SBS (Service Selection Board) for interview. Particulars of this SBS interview are as under:

  • Psychological tests
  • Group testing officer’s test
  • President’s interviews
  • Pilot Aptitude Test

The duration of SSB interview shall be 5 days.

Entire expenditure on training, books, study material, food and uniform shall be borne by the Indian Army.
